Had the pleasure of getting a mortgage from Rocket Mortgage with Joe as my mortgage banker. This is the best experience I have had with the mortgage process. Joe was very professional, straight to the point, not beating around the bush! I had a somewhat unique situation that I worked on for months with another lender. When I talked with Lucas about the issues and the shortcomings of the other lender, Lucas was completely unphased. He was able to offer guidance and handle my situation in a timely manner.

Alex at Rocket Mortgage was great! When other Lenders took so much time to close, Alex worked extra hard to get us closed as quickly as possible. Alex even exceeded our expectation by getting us closed a week before his initial estimation. He was communicative, friendly and always took our calls even when we had annoying redundant questions.
