Ryan was fantastic to work with! His communication was great in explaining things to us, he got right back with us no what day of the week or time of day, and he got our loan cleared to close in just 12 days start to finish… wow!

I absolutely LOVED how Myles held my hand through the entire process! He was quick and to the point, but had wonderful bedside manners and was empathetic! He listened and gave the answers and help I needed. If he didn’t know something, he’d lead me to the source. Because of him and others in Rocket Mortgage, I would do it all over again if I had to with them. Loved the entire process!! I had the best experience working with Myles, he's very knowledgeable and helpful, I wasn't sure what type of loan I needed and he was able to walk me through them and once I decided on the best option for me he gave me a list of documents I needed and because I was able to provide them in a rather quick time frame my closing went so fast.
