I had applied for a Home Equity loan with Rocket and needed a little boost to my credit score to be eligible for a better rate. I was connected to Lawrence who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful- had me pay down 2 credit cards and my score increased by 20 points in 6 days!!!

Terry was assigned my loan and he has been amazing, very accessible and I have called him late at night and on weekends and if did not answer, called me back quickly. My loan process went smoothly and I also had inquired with Terry about a different loan and he gladly got back with me on the details and answered my questions, I would highly recommend him for my next loan, or yours!

I just closed on a home and the process could not have gone smoother. Gary Garza was amazing. I built my last 2 homes so getting a mortgage was new to me. I had so many questions and Gary always was able to answer them and calm my nerves. The mortgage rates after going lower started to rise and my anxiety rose with them. Gary reassured me and we got the target rate that J was hoping for after all....I just closed on a home and the process could not have gone smoother. Gary Garza was amazing.
