Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am writing to express my regret for earning anything less than five stars. I would never intend to leave any of my clients feeling this way. At Rocket Mortgage we take great pride in delivering high quality service, in which we take our integrity very seriously. I am sorry if there was an opportunity where I could have better assisted you throughout this process, or if I fell short in anyway. Angelo gave me options for raising funds and then suggested the best option. He followed through and each member of his team did their part as promised. I got the funding and closed on the property.

Chel is amazing! There was an issue with a previous county recording and we were able to work through the issue, she figured out the problem and was able to keep the home equity loan moving forward. I look forward to potentially working with her in the future.
