I connected with Dena for my Refinance, was in touch with other people at Rocket who were rushing me and really didn’t like that. It felt like a used car dealership. Dena took the time to walk me through the process and explained the different steps and even if I pulled out of the deal for my own personal reasons, o will definitely go back to her once I’m ready.
