Dishonest is the best way to describe my experience with Andrea. I asked if Rocket could give me a pre-approval letter using only a soft inquiry. Because if my offer wasn’t accepted, I didn’t want a hard inquiry on my credit report for two years. Andrea assured me it would not be a hard inquiry. In fact on the phone she asked for my permission to do a soft inquiry. I authorized a soft inquiry. ...Dishonest is the best way to describe my experience with Andrea.
