I am sure Sebastian is a nice person and just works for a poor company. Sebastian called me to refinance our home, which Rocket already holds the mortgage. He promised it would be easy. It was anything but easy and after 2 months Rocket decided it was my second home? Where is my first home? We jumped through hoops for two months. We have excellent credit over 750, our home is already with ...I am sure Sebastian is a nice person and just works for a poor company. Sebastian called me to refinance our home, which Rocket already holds the mortgage. He promised it would be easy. It was anything but easy and after 2 months Rocket decided it was my second home? Where is my first home? We jumped through hoops for two months. We have excellent credit over 750, our home is already with Rocket, it is our first home and they called me, I did not go to Rocket to refinance. I have nothing but negative to say about this experience with Sebastion and Dom Gazzo and of course with Rocket. I would call it a scam of sorts.
