Terry was great throught out the entire process, the only issue I had and it's not Terry's fault, the VA requested a new up-to-date water test and I was notified about this requirement until after everything else was completed. The Local Health Department was scheduling 3-4 weeks out, and this added a month to when my closing actually took place.
