Bridgett went above and beyond to help us during our loan analysis process while buying our first home! She not only treated us like humans and not just another checkbox, she was able to work with her pricing team to get a same day rate quote turnaround. I felt extremely confident that Bridgett was going to be there for us every step of the way from start to close. We did end up going with a local brokerage firm who was able to offer us the same rate as RM at the last minute, but if that hasn’t have happened, we would have certainly gone with Bridgett at RM.
