Other companies just continued to email me back and forth even after multiple clarification requests were made. I was easily able to call him too. Overall, I would highly recommend him to help anyone with their mortgages. The other added plus for us was the continuing monitoring of the interest rates and the future refinancing being included when they go down in the future. No pre-penalty for paying off early, good website where I have been able to see all my docs and electronic signing. Customer service has been the best.
