This was our 2nd purchase with Andrew. The first deal we were not having a good experience with the other lender, he stepped in got an approval very quickly and closed without extending the contract. This time it was a lot of hurdles but Andrew always had a solution to help the situation so we could close. I really appreciate all the hard work Andrew put in to helping make it happen.

From day one, his response time was almost instant and went to work to get us situated to get things done within our timeline. As luck would have it, things out of our control pushed our timeline back a bit but this man kept up and managed all of situation im a matte that made us feel safe. Down to the last couple of details, Daniel pushed and fought for us to finish this process so my family could move by our deadline. Working in customer service myself, this experience definitely met all my conditions and Daniel went above and beyond.

I will recommend everyone I can to Daniel and Rocket Mortgage. The personal touch by far
