I'm a realtor with Keller Williams, 23 years in the business as a top producer, for some background. The contract was written on 12/2, Nate was on vacation so no one covered his business for a week, we had to extend closing twice. Loan commitment back in mid December was received. It's now 1/26/2024, and the loan died two days prior to closing. Third experience with ROCKET MORTGAGE that has ...I'm a realtor with Keller Williams, 23 years in the business as a top producer, for some background. The contract was written on 12/2, Nate was on vacation so no one covered his business for a week, we had to extend closing twice. Loan commitment back in mid December was received. In a market where a preapproval is key to winning offers, buyers please listen to your agent and pick a local agent.
