Ryan was on the ball and extremely responsive from start to finish. Anytime you are dealing with money or equity of your home it is a very personal situation causing reserve personally when communicating with an external non family member. Anytime you are dealing with money or equity of your home it is a very personal situation causing reserve personally when communicating with an external non family member. Discussing finances, personal relationships, or banking information is a very private conversation that can be difficult to open up about. Throughout the entire process from initial call to closing, I believe a total of 2 weeks, Ryan was extremely honest open and relational towards our circumstances and made the entire family feel comfortable along every step, like he was a part of the household and in our corner, making it so much easier to be open and honest with him. There was never a “you figure it out and get back to”, but rather “give me their number and I’ll handle it. This is not a revolving customer/business relationship but we all felt like we were just talking to an old friend.
