I can't say enough good about the Rocket team. Tyler Hickey provided better response than I've ever experienced in the past. With the exception of two occasions, he answered his phone every time I called. When I when I left a message, he always got back to me the same day, ever after 5:00 PM if it was important. We probably made seven to 10 changes. He never got upset with any of them and always processed them in a timely manner. If you need a point person, use Tyler.
