I was very hesitant about applying for a loan through a website. From the minute Blake answered the phone he was very pleasant, and answered my dozen questions with such patience and knowledge. I needed to refinance to get out of a balloon payment with another finance company. Blake told me he was going to do everything he could to help me. He did the application and had my approval in one day. Throughout the rest of the process he stayed in constant contact with me. This situation with the other company was difficult as it had us on a deadline to get them paid off. There were bumps along the way which had me wanting to give up but Blake kept reassuring me to hang in there. Honestly his kindness and reassurance is what kept me going. I will say he truly has your best interest in mind when he is helping you. If I could give him 10 stars I would. I will absolutely recommend him to anyone I know that needs a home loan.
