I was very pleased with the service I received. My application was complicated by a divorce, causing delays. Kenny told me to get in touch with him directly when the divorce was done. When I finally was ready for the loan to proceed, I asked about lower rates because of the loan delay, and Kenny didn't hesitate to restart the loan process to get the lower rate and to push it through quickly. ...I was very pleased with the service I received.
