What I learned from my second mortgage with Rocket is have a great Realtor.They gave me the wrong closing number which resulted in two wire transfers.They gave me the wrong location for the closing.My first review of Kristie was great, this one was a total failure.Stay far away from Rocket or get yourself a great Realtor .

I had the opportunity knowing Kandi for many years as a friend and a Business to Client relationship. She was always upbeat and very personable.

Buying a condo is different than a home and Kandi educated me on the process and requirements for a condo. The process was challenging at times, but Kandi made sure I understood the process and explained all details and what to expect. She responds immediately to my questions and concern, plus keeping me up to date on the process. Kandi does not work on a banking schedule, she was there for me from start to finish, 24/7.

It amazed me how smooth and easy my closing was, and I didn’t even have to travel to Florida. Wow, things have changed. The complete process was so simple as
almost everything is done on line.
