I had not purchased a home in over 40 years and had always gone through my bank. I contacted my bank to compare rates and it was a night mare, never having the same person call me back. I had the opportunity knowing Kandi for many years as a friend and a Business to Client relationship. She was always upbeat and very personable.

Buying a condo is different than a home and Kandi educated me on the process and requirements for a condo. The process was challenging at times, but Kandi made sure I understood the process and explained all details and what to expect. She responds immediately to my questions and concern, plus keeping me up to date on the process. Kandi does not work on a banking schedule, she was there for me from start to finish, 24/7.

It amazed me how smooth and easy my closing was, and I didn’t even have to travel to Florida. Wow, things have changed. The complete process was so simple as
almost everything is done on line.
