We attempted to get a home equity loan in order to finance the purchase of a condo in another state. It was somewhat awkward because of the distance between the two properties. Dimitry lead us through all the hoops required to show proof of funds. His patience was boundless. So even though the sale proved to be not possible, we will certainly return to Dimitry if the opportunity arises again.
