From the first conversation I had with Mitchel, I was impressed with his communication and determination to help get my client a mortgage loan that the previous 3 lenders were unable to do.
Mitchel and his team were easy to reach, always returned phone calls/texts in a timely manner, gave clarity to our homebuyer client from beginning to the end of escrow, worked with me on a daily basis giving loan status updates, asking if I needed any additional help. Immediately after we submitted our offer on the home, Mitchel called the home seller’s agent in support of our buyer, showing confidence by assuring the seller that our buyer was a qualified one…this really helped get our offer accepted!
Also, being in California, I am two hours behind Mitchel. There were many times throughout the escrow process that he was easy to reach after hours, and this was HUGE!
I have worked with a lot of mortgages lenders and I can honestly say that Mitchel and his team, including Alicia Maddox, were one of the very best teams I’ve worked with. I look forward to working with them again soon and have the upmost confidence they will take great care of any client I bring to them.
