Why only 5 stars??? My wife and I would give TEN to Jeannie if we could!!! Jeannie is a ROCK STAR! The best. Always communicative, will answer you during the weekday, evenings, weekends. Doesn't matter. She's there. Never 'off the clock'.
We were beginning to wonder if she ever slept.

We had so many questions throughout the mortgage process and there was Jeannie ALWAYS responding, ALWAYS with...Why only 5 stars??? My wife and I would give TEN to Jeannie if we could!!! Jeannie is the kind of person who forms RELATIONSHIPS. She gives you the kind of personal attention you might expect from a small, local bank in your area but quite frankly we feel Jeannie is far better than any local bank.

Jeremy lied to me twice about my refinancing and how much of a great deal it would be. The first time he said I would get to skip two months of payments (because of the timing of the close) and get a couple hundred back. The first time he said I would get to skip two months of payments (because of the timing of the close) and get a couple hundred back. With the holidays around the corner he said it was a great way to save some money for gifts and such. First closing went through and I get a call that I have to pay over a thousand. I cancel the closing (which thankfully they let me do late) and move on with my life. Jeremy contacts me again to convince me to try again. I told him, thank you but I don't want to be stick in that situation again. His response "Stuck in what situation? This only does better for you and you get to skip a payment for a month factoring the $340 that you need to bring to closing you will have $1400 more in your pocket and save $80 per month and also not have to pay money to catch up your escrow account upfront. Help me understand what about this feels like a loss to you [personal details of his own refinancing] Actually now that I am looking at this they have you expected to close 11/3 which would allow you to skip the November and the December payment. So $340 out of pocket and you keep your payment at 1700 and miss 2 payments in time for the holidays keeping $3000 in your pocket as opposed to going toward house payments." So I go through with the second refinancing and talk to Liz (who has been wonderful and honest). Liz says that I wouldn't get skipping December, but would be getting a little over a thousand back at closing and keep my monthly payments down. Few weeks after closing, I get a message that I own an additional thousand, because the taxes weren't calculated correctly. I talked to Liz again and we decided that I'm just going to give the money I got at closing back. She's going to run an escrow analysis, which I'm sure will make my monthly payment go up anyway. (that's still better than being short later) So in the end of the lies Jeremy told me, I got to skip my November payment.Read MoreRead Less
