We waited to the end of our loan process to write a review. We would recommend speaking with Ruben, for your refinancing and/or first time mortgage needs...he was wonderful! Through the process, Ruben remained professional, informative, friendly, and very easy to talk with. He kept us in the loop and always responded to inquiries in a timely manner. Alana was such a wonderful resource throughout the entire process. Going into the purchase for my home I thought I was already knowledgeable, but Alana blew me away and taught me a thing or two. My purchase was going to be with a preferred lender for a new build, but I’m glad I gave Alana a chance to compete with their offer. She was wonderful to work with which is why I wanted to ultimately work ...Alana was such a wonderful resource throughout the entire process.
