Although I wasn’t accepted. Jose was very kind and understanding. They explained everything so I understood why I didn’t get accepted and left the line open in case I want to try again at a future date. I now know what I gotta plan for and where I need to be to get accepted. Thank you Jose!!!

Darin was awesome! The process was really simple and he has excellent communication with us. He also understood that voice to voice needed to be by appointment and minimal. What a relief to be able to handle most of this through email/text. 10/10 will use this service in the future!
