But Alex was the main reason we stayed with Rocket for our mortgage loan. He was extremely helpful explaining our mortgage options, in particular the recasting option, which we will definitely use in the future. We went through chad to buy our first house and refinanced with him... buying your first house is very confusing but he walked us through the entire process step by step, and made sure we understand everything... really liked the fact that he would go out of his way at all hours to answer any questions we had... he's a busy man but always find time to get back to us... ...Is there 6 star option?
