The absolute best. I worked with Jonathan and his team on a Real Estate transaction in Colorado. It was a tough one. My Buyers had a hard time getting approved with other lenders, so when we got the approval with Jonathan at Rocket, I knew we had to stick with him. His team did a phenomenal job of tirelessly working to get my first time buyers into their dream home before the snow started flying ...The absolute best. His team did a phenomenal job of tirelessly working to get my first time buyers into their dream home before the snow started flying up here in the Rockies. Somehow, someway, they managed to miraculously keep this loan together and get my Buyers to the Closing table. I have never seen a Lender team work so hard. Jonathan and Dan Butterfield were absolutely amazing to work with. No challenge too big and they genuinely cared. Can't wait to work together again, guys.

When it comes to loans and different programs Rocket may have, Muhammad is very knowledgeable in the area of getting approved for a loan and different programs to assist with a down payment and closing cost. If for any reason, you need help getting better credit scores…… Guess what? Muhammad can help you with that process as well.
Muhammad is honestly an all-around good guy and you will not be disappointed. Muhammad was able to approve me when a previous lender said no. Muhammad turned that “NO” into a “Yes” My family and I can’t thank you 🙏🏿 enough.
