Brent was fantastic. Always trying to find the best for me and no matter when I would call him(7days a week) he would answer. He helped me understand the entire process . I will only use Brent. Due to things going on with my credit, my app had to be passed on to another person who would never call me so I would call Brent and he would answer my questions. He was the best.

Went to Rocket to see what loan options we had for some needed home improvement. Thankfully we were connected with Patrick. Not only did he help us with that but also how we could consolidate some of our debt. He was able to cut our monthly payments by over half. We went looking for home improvement and wound up with life improvement!

Tim was fine to deal with but it was about a six month process to get a refinance done. Rocket did nothing but dropped the ball with things, including scheduling the notary for the wrong month and changing numbers on final contracts without telling me to the point where notaries would show up and the numbers would be incorrect so we’d have to go back and start over.
