Totally disappointed with Rocket. I had a good rate of 3% for a couple of years until I refinanced a year ago for home improvements which jumped me to 5.99%. Currently I was looking to get more money out and what a bunch of hoops to jump thru for about a month to offer a 6.75% when I still have the same good credit for 5 years. You would think they try to take care of existing customers.
