We enjoyed talking w Nadis after submitting our details to get started on our home equity loan. He laid rhetorical details out in a straight forward and easy way so that everything was clear from the beginning and easy to understand. He walked us through every step while on the phone and was patient and jovial and even reassuring during moments we struggled to find the information we needed. It was comforting to have him on the other end of the line while we submitted all the necessary paperwork. Then he told us what to expect and bid us farewell. We waited the allotted time and even a couple of extra days before contacting him about the delay only to find out we were missing paperwork he told us we did not need despite the site showing we needed it. We could not have seen this on the site bc it always showed as missing and he told us it wasn’t ever required. We still don’t know why we needed it. Once we submitted it, it was smooth sailing again but it delayed our closing by a full week. We were quite disappointed that we had not been called and that if we had not reached out we don’t know when we would’ve heard.Read MoreRead Less

Bill was friendly and helpful but once we got the ball rolling on this refinance he disappeared and we were passed off to other team members that didn't hold the same level of communication. I felt as though they didn't care about finishing up the loan process because they couldn't simply pick up the phone to call and update us. Now I'm stuck paying more for my loan when Rocket Mortgage should've figured out a way for them to absorb that additional charge rather than me. If only the rest of employees were like Bill.
