the level of professionalism that Tom provides is 2nd to none. Even though we weren't able to close on a loan, Tom still followed up with me until the day I closed. He is knowledgeable, kind and diligent. He made sure that I was getting the best deal possible regardless of who was funding it. I was just a few points below the score needed to get a home equity loan. I did what Dean told me and within 10 days my score was up. Very helpful, friendly, did exactly what he said he would, called and pulled my credit exactly as he told me he would plus very knowledgeable.
