She was the complete opposite - kind, patient, willing to talk with me at a very rudimentary level (which is needed for me) to make sure I understood where I stood in this complicated process. I was so fortunate to be put in touch with Michele, as I have been blown off by every realtor and person in this profession - and other professions for that matter. I started to research how to get a mortgage to buy a home here in South Dakota. That research started with google from my mobile phone. Rocketmortgage.com was one of the first search results I got. I don't know any mortgage bankers here in South Dakota so I decided to give Rocketmorgage.com a try. Every day since 2015 I took my two labrador retrievers to a tennis court in Wagner, South Dakota so they could run freely and play. I never though that I actually could buy a home directly from the internet and using as a tool just my phone to make and receive phone calls and my email to receive and reply to messages ! Rocketmortgage.com is the future ! People like Max make you trust something as potentially not personal as the internet as a way to get a mortgage and buy a home which traditionally has been done by going to a regular bank and dealing in person with a Mortgage Banker. There is nothing wrong with that. That is how I got my mortgage in Puerto Rico for the home that I have there. However, my primary home which is here in South Dakota and is located in the city of Armour is the one that I purchased with the mortgage from Rocketmortgage.com and it is all thanks to Maxwell Bednarek.
