Ming made the loan approval process a nightmare for me. I felt like we were on a wild goose chase trying to contact creditors and bureaus to update our scores. Over 50% of our debt was paid off by the time we were done following Mings instructions and a month and a half later we are still without the loan applied for. So frustrating.

I went to Rocket Mortgage after my previous lender fell through. Areeya took on my loan did what she said she was going to do to get me in my home. She worked around the clock and I closed on my home before 30 days. She stayed in touch with me through this whole process and even though buying my first home was stressful she did help lighten the load!
