The process was promised to be easy. It was not. It took much longer. We presented all documentation that was requested and Rocket kept asking for more documentation that either didn't exist or couldn't be obtained. There is no direct communication to the lender so you can't reach out to them and explain what's actually happening in the real world. It was an extremely frustrating process. We also kept getting emails/notifications that we had to reschedule our closing which had already been done. Finally, we got a hold of someone that could help after I had to get rather hateful (not proud of that) with a rep who did some digging and told us we were finally good to go. Aidan stopped communicating with me weeks before my refinance, and I was never transferred to a loan processor. The entire process was horrible. Sales tactics were also pushy/aggressive. Do not recommend.
