Roberto explained exactly what had negatively impacted my credit score so drastically and developed a strategy to get it corrected almost immediately. Furthermore, he continued working with me to address other issues, providing guidance and sound expertise along the way. In three weeks I got my credit score to a level it has not been in years, and ...If I could, I would rate Roberto a 10 stars.
Roberto explained exactly what had negatively impacted my credit score so drastically and developed a strategy to get it corrected almost immediately. Furthermore, he continued working with me to address other issues, providing guidance and sound expertise along the way. In three weeks I got my credit score to a level it has not been in years, and gained valuable insights on how to maintain it that way.

Roberto was very proactive, providing updates via text, email and phone calls as well as patient as I inquired about the recommended actions. He went the extra mile on a day he was not available firsthand and after a text I sent (not knowing he was out of reach) I got a call from a colleague who was fully informed of my situation and provided full coverage and advanced the case further in a matter of minutes.

All and all, I am extremely happy with the service provided by Rocket Mortgage, and the sound expertise of an Executive Credit Upgrade Consultant like Roberto Cepeda-Rios
