When I first contacted Darrell I wasn't ready to go forward, waiting for the rates to come down. When I called him back 2-3 months later he remembered me and our conversation., Then I told him I was leaving the country for a month and really wanted to close before leaving, less than 30 days away. We locked the rate, started the process and he had us signing loan docs 2 days before leaving. Stayed right on top of everything from the beginning to the end. Top notch service and always on the ball, never missed a beat. I also have to say that 1 or 2 times he told me he would "get back to me later today" because he had to attend his child's sporting event. As a parent of grown children that have already flown the coop I had to appreciate his commitment to family. And by the way, he did get back to later that day! I will definitely recommend him and Rocket to family and friends.
