I have had a decent experience with Kyle, he did the work, slower than usually the lenders would do based on my extensive experience, but he completed all the needed points. But i have to share , that experience with the team behind him in Rocket Mortgage was really bad. Starting from no coordination between the team members ending with promising one interest rate and a few days before increasing it by 0.5% which is alot. Nobody was fighting for us to get a better deal, they just put it infront of our face saying thats what decided. Very unhappy with overall experience.Read MoreRead Less
