I honestly don’t even know where to start when it comes to thanking Christian. After another lender had already pre-approved me and then denied my loan, I was worried about what would happen next. That’s when Christian stepped in. Between 9:00 and 11:00 PM, he patiently walked me through every document, worked incredibly hard, and got me approved that very same night. His professionalism, hard work, respect, knowledge, and skills are beyond words. I called him thousands of times, and he never turned me away or made me feel like I was bothering him. Even when he was out of the country, he still found a way to connect, get in touch with me, and call me back. That tells you everything you need to know about the kind of person he is.

Christian is smart, knowledgeable, patient, and truly committed to helping people. He doesn’t just do his job; he goes above and beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. His ability to find solutions when others give up is exceptional.

Rocket Mortgage is incredibly lucky to have Christian on its team. Employees like him are rare, and he deserves to be recognized for the outstanding work he does.
