Dawn supported me throughout the process, including the times I ran into roadblocks. Although we only spoke once over the phone, she consistently communicated with me via text. What I really appreciated about her was her commitment to the numbers she originally quoted—there wasn’t even a dime of difference from what she initially told me I would be paying. She was very detailed and clear whenever she explained something.
On the flip side, there were a couple of instances where I had to follow up multiple times. However, I don’t hold that against her—it was during the holiday season, and she was clearly working through that period to get everything finalized. Jon was very knowledgeable on my refi up until it got to closing. When I received your email to review my numbers, I asked Jon to get me $1000 more. He said he sent to to closing team. However it never seemed to have made it to the closing team. Which in turn, caused the refi to be delayed for at least 2 weeks. Not sure if it was his lack of a conversation with the closing team and follow-up, but I finally had to call the Closing Team myself to finally get it straightened out. It seems once he finished his end, he may have dropped the ball to help me with the finally numbers.Read MoreRead Less

Camille was very personable and tried to do her best to get things taken care of after taking over my loan mid process. I do give her 5 stars, however Dorian misled me and that I am frustrated with. I was clear that I did not want to buy points to get a lower rate, I have a great credit score and would not need points to get a reasonable rate because he agreed with this and quoted me a lower interest rate than our local bank I went ahead and went with Rocket. Also, Dorian had told me about some programs that would help me with lower out of pocket like rental reimbursement and using the referred realtor they sent. He did not mention those could not be stacked until much later in the process. After I did not have a choice but to move forward. Camille did get some of the points removed but even she came back with points to close which was ridiculous. The process was easy, I did like that but I could have gotten a much better rate locally and that is just my mistake for not making that choice. Camille I recommend highly, Dorian not so much and I am not sure if that is really just a Rocket Mortgage way of doing business or not so I am still on the fence with the Company itself.Read MoreRead Less
