Max was Amazing every step of the way. Highly recommend him. He was caring and compassionate when our continent deal feel apart. He wrote up several different financial approval letter so we could look at both FHA and conventional options. He was available and working hard for us around the clock day night and weekends. He made us feel like we were the only client he had. Frequently checking in on how things were going for us house hunting. He made the process a stress free as it could be. In our dealings with Rocket loans for refinance and than a new home loan, Collin performed in a totally exemplary fashion. Always available with the right answer and encouraging manner. Keeps one sane throughout the process and makes a stressful operation almost fun. When Quicken's restrictions made it impossible to close with them, he stayed in touch to make sure that we were still able to close with someone else. We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to fine a friend.
