We had an unexpected credit issue just 10 days before closing. John walked us through options to raise our credit through a rapid rescore. He then was able to process the request in just a few days and with plenty of time to get our closing costs back down. Highly recommend him to anyone!

We were originally turned down on our application. Received an email on Christmas Day from Joe saying he'd like to take another look at it and see what he could do. Joe was amazing. I truly appreciate Ryan and the SWIFTNESS of how he made everything happen for me and my family on coming to Rocket mortgage as a refinance. My prior lender was simply horrible and they gave me wrong and bogus information from the origination and wouldn't do anything to rectify the situation.
