I had a very disappointing experience working with Joseph. I simply asked for an estimate without a hard pull on my credit, which is a standard and reasonable request in the mortgage process.

Instead of addressing this professionally, the interaction became rude and was abruptly ended by him. The lack of professionalism and communication made me uncomfortable continuing.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH KENTON WAS FABULOUS! HE WAS GREAT WITH REVIEWING ALL THE ASPECTS OF THE LOAN.
