I had some previous issues with my Rocket Mortgage and was considering moving to a different choice for a refi. After a couple conversations with Emily I decided to stay. Not because they were the best deal, because Emily was honest, straight forward, attentive and reliable...those individually are rare in the Mortgage Industry, all in one person is really unheard of! Rocket Mortgage has an absolute GEM in Michelle Norman. Her customer service was the best of the best! It is very difficult to find her caliber of customer service in today's day and age. When I sent an email with a question, I was usually answered within the hour. Even when she was on vacation, her teammate was just as responsive.

I hope Rocket Mortgage values Michelle, her professionalism, ...Rocket Mortgage has an absolute GEM in Michelle Norman. Her customer service was the best of the best! Always available when I had a question and super friendly and knowledgeable during the process ( and it is a process!). Rocket Mortgage is lucky to have Quardesa in the position she’s in.
