Jon was the best representative a person could work with. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and most of all, patient. He was there from the beginning til the end no matter how many specialists contacted me. He always followed up with me and made sure I understood the process. I'm sure Rocket Mortgage has a lot more qualifying specialists, but I would only want to work with Jon.
