This process contained so many challenges. Like - Where's the info? The tech isn't working. I started with another company and when I told them I would be working with Rocket, they threw so many obstacles. Dragged their feet. Harassed. Robo calls every 10 minutes. AND, I was dealing with a medical issue. Yet, there was Steve. Rock solid. Patient. Held my hand. Sought alternate ...Simply The Best!

Maryana was a Godsend! She made the entire experience so easy and stress free. Her communication was on point and assistance was invaluable!
