Jacob is the absolute man! I could not imagine that there is a better loan specialist out there. We were first time home buyers so the whole process was a bit terrifying, but Jacob was able to patiently walk us through the process and made us feel comfortable the entire time. There wasn’t enough stars to show how thankful I am to have had Giovanni as my guide during our home shopping/buying debacle! It took 7-8 months to find a place, but he was ALWAYS available and always helpful! When I say always available, I mean that if I called/texted on a weekend evening, he’d answer or get back to me in no time. My wife and I have used Rocket Mortgage before, so when we decided to purchase a vacation home, we reached out to Rocket again and got connected with Kevin. It was late in the evening when we decided to put an offer in, and I think by mid day the following day we already had a pre-approval we were able to tout with our offer.
