So, I was frustrated w/ Mr. Cooper. I had called to discuss an issue with them. After a frustrating 15 minutes on the phone, I asked to speak to someone about refinancing my home. Daniel was the representative that I was connected with. I explained to him, my limited time to talk. He said, "ok, let's see what we can do." Literally he was able to get nearly all my information needed for ...So, I was frustrated w/ Mr. Cooper. I had called to discuss an issue with them. There were a couple of items I needed to provide, but his whole demeanor were calm, cool, collected. He was exactly what I needed after a frustrating call earlier. He walked me through the whole process. I was amazed at how "EASY" the process was. When he explained to me that I could save nearly $600 on my refi, I was ecstatic. I can't tell you how "HAPPY" I am with the WHOLE process. From Daniel all the way to the closing. Very simple, very efficient and I am Very Happy!
