We closed on our house the end of April 2023. I have to admit we had the best experience working with Rocket Mortgage and the entire team. Ara was assigned to our loan and he was absolutely amazing. We started the process with Ara around May or June 2022. Yes, at least 11 months because were doing a new construction loan. But, Ara was there every step of the way guiding us through the loan ...We closed on our house the end of April 2023. Never. 11 months we worked closely with Ara and the Rocket Mortgage Team. Ara, is very knowledgeable with exceptional Customer Service.
