Cameron was the initial contact to my refi home. He gave me all the details I'd expect for my interests as well.
Then I heard from Dominic. he told me my refi would benefit with a change. I agreed, yet when Katherine came to close my refi, that change never was apart of the documents.

It was not a problem, and we went forward with closing the documents in a town an hour away from my home after rescheduling the time due to I am still a working-class citizen.
Once at the closing, I was told my creditor checks which were very important to this refinance to my future, were to be "over-nighted".
That didn't happen. Over nighting UPS on a Friday means labeled only, then processed Saturday but not delivered until Monday some time before noon. To me that is NOT over-night package delivery.
If a mortgage company is related delivery not within wire-transfer, then they are not sure how UPS works on a Friday.

Uses deceptive sales tactics to get you to sign a loan if you don't do your homework. Kept trying to sell me mortgage points I didn't want for my situation. Nonstop uses the tagline "you get to skip 2 mortgage payments" instead of looking at the total actual cost of the loan. Used incorrect T&I assumptions which resulted in higher savings estimates, even though I provided those numbers. Kenton is not hard sales, he is kind and understanding. I found him very safe and comfortable to work with.
I even pulled out of the first loan due to fears. I called him back later and he was super helpful in going over everything again through to conclusion.
