Darren is knowledgeable, friendly and a great communicator, when he is available. In our experience, he took some time out of office without informing us up-front, and did not see the entire loan process through from sale to close. Calls and texts sometimes went unanswered, and we eventually had to step in ourselves and to fill the role and ensure a timely closing.
