I have worked with Robert on several+ mortgages and a few without him while using Rocket Mortgage. The ones without him were sometimes very challenging. Significantly fewer issues when he has been involved.

Robert has ALWAYS been quick to respond to my questions, follow through with requests and step up when I had difficulties or needed assistance with the Rocket process.
