Charlotte is awesome. She led us through the loan process with great advice on several choices that we had. We called her over a dozen times..well over a dozen and she ALWAYS returned or answered our calls. We were nervous home buyers as we had lived in our home for over 20 years. We didn't know where to start. Our realtor said "I can give you a list of 3 or more, but the best is Charlotte" ...Charlotte is awesome.
