While we were able to successfully complete the loan process with Rocket Mortgage, we experienced some communication and personality challenges with Kristin. The tone of her texts and emails was condescending and demeaning at times. She boasted about her attention to detail yet I corrected her multiple times. She may very well be great at her job, but her attitude comes off as very arrogant.
