He provided me with an introduction to a realtor and made himself readily available during my very first viewing on a weekend. Stephanie was very helpful and very knowledgeable in mortgage management. She even helped me get through all the paperwork on the computer, I was getting frustrated but she remained calm. She was always positive and supportive. If I had any questions I would call leave a message and she would get back to me .It actually was a very pleasant experience.
