Shane did a great job. He first told.me the rate I am eligible for over the phone. Once the offer was accepted he got me a pre-approval in 1 day and the whole loan approved in 15 days. Offer accepted Jan 1st. Closed Jan 21. And they had approved me by Jan 16th. Great service. And no surprises Certainly approve and recommend highly You have to do your part, but they certainly do theirs and help you...Shane did a great job.
